We encourage you to use the public transport systems to get to and from work by covering the cost of your commute. dyvenia covers the cost of public transportation within Tenerife for all our team members.
We provide flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home in a hybrid setting. We usually prefer a 3:2 model, so we ask our employees to work from the office at least 3 days in a week (4 days during the probation period).
